HELP! Need Help finding an dress for my 8th grade Promotion?

Please HELP. My is on Thursday. I want a dress that goes up to my knees or a little bit above the knees. No strapless / Speggeti Tops. Thank you! I want a little color in the dress or black / white dress. Not funky shapes and all that please. and if you can match some shoes and jewelry and some hair tips (= Thank you for helping me or reading this!

Reply:To help with the dress, I would suggest windsor. it has fair prices and accessories also. Also a tip for shoes, just go to Ross. They have a nice selection of $15 shoes that you only have to wear once. Other places to try: Wet Seal, forever 21, delias, nordstrom, and macys
