Please help, I need a dress! Not just a dress, my very 1st dress?

I read somewhere that my body type is called a %26quot;willow%26quot; I%26#039;m tall and slender and I usually look good in pants. But I%26#039;m looking for a day dress, to have something girlie in my wardrobe. I%26#039;m looking for something short, like a few inches above the knee, bright for the day, cute. My bra size is 34A so It%26#039;s kinda flat. I%26#039;m 14 years old by the way. Something Gossip Girl-ish, but I don%26#039;t know what site to find what they wear. And what kind of shoes should a tall girl wear? I%26#039;m not so into flat ballet shoes. Oh, and I have black hair by the way. I think hair color has something to do with the color of clothes, but dresses that are not TOO girly.
